Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 1/2 cup frozen or canned vegetables, any kind
- 1 package vegetarian ramen noodles
- 1/2 block tofu, cubed (optional)
- 1 tsp soy sauce
Preparation:
Bring water to a simmer and add veggies and ramen. Add seasoning packet and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, or until ramen is soft.Add tofu and drain excess water if desired.
Add soy sauce and stir well.
