Ingredients:
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 3 cups navy beans or pinto beans, pre-cooked or from a can
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 3/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp mustard powder
- 1 12 ounce can diced pineapple, drained
- 1/2 tsp salt
Preparation:
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.Combine all ingredients well, then pour into a large casserole or baking dish.
Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour, or until beans are bubbly.
