Vegetarian Burrito wrap with vegetarian "pepperoni"
Vegetarian burrito with mock meat "pepperoni" wrapped up in a flour tortilla just like a wrapped sandwich. Perfect for a vegetarian lunch for kids to bring to school. Look for vegetarian pepperoni in the refrigerator section of your grocery store or natural food store. Just like pizza, this simple wrap is made from vegetarian pepperoni, mozzarella cheese and sauce. Vegetarian "Pepperoni" Burrito recipe and photo courtesy of Lightlife Foods.

Ingredients:

  • several slices of Smart Deli Pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup shredded Mozzarella or soy mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup spaghetti sauce, heated
  • 1 four tortilla

Preparation:

Lay out several slices of Smart Deli Pepperoni on a flour tortilla, spoon spaghetti sauce on top and sprinkle cheese over all. Roll into a burrito. Need a little help? Here's how to wrap a burrito.
