Ingredients:
- whole grain bread
- no-tahini hummus
- cucumber slices
- chopped fresh parsley or cilantro
- roasted red peppers
Preparation:
Toast whole-grain bread and spread with lots of no-tahini hummus.Cover no-tahini hummus with a layer of peeled cucumber slices, slightly overlapping.
Sprinkle chopped parsley or cilantro over sliced cucumbers. Top with roasted red peppers.
