Ingredients:
- 1 vegetarian Chicken Free Chicken, cut into 1/4 inch wide strips
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1/4 inch strips
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into 1/4 inch strips
- 1 small red onion, cut into 1/4 inch strips
- 3 green onions, cut into 1 inch strips
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 -3 tsp fajita seasonings
- 12 corn tortillas, warmed
Preparation:
Stir-fry all ingredients including vegetarian Chicken Free Chicken, except tortillas. Serve on warm tortillas.
