Ingredients:
- 1 vegetarian Chicken Free Chicken, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clive garlic, crushed
- 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
- 3/4 ounce wine or brandy, heated
Preparation:
Fry crushed garlic and onions until onions turn translucent. Add thinly sliced Chicken Free Chicken. Cook 1 minute per side.Immediately transfer to a warm plate. Place the dish on a safe, stable table and pour the alcohol onto the plate.
Carefully ignite the alchohol. The alcohol will burst into flame and burn for a few seconds.
