Ingredients:
- 2 slices bread
- 2 tbsp pizza sauce or marinara sauce
- small handful of cheese
- 5-6 slices of vegetarian "pepperoni"
Preparation:
Spread the pizza sauce on the bread and top with cheese and vegetarian pepperoni slices. Assemble sandwich, and heat for just a few minutes in a toaster oven or sandwich maker, until bread is lightly toasted and cheese is melty.If you don't have a toaster oven or a sandwich maker, toast the bread first, then re-heat the entire sandwich in the microwave.
