- 12 strips vegetarian bacon (try Smart Bacon)
- 12 slices vegan cheese
- 12 slices whole wheat bread
- 1/4 cup vegan margarine
In a skillet, heat 2 teaspoons margarine over medium heat just until melted. Add sandwich; cook for 2 minutes on each side or until lightly browned.
Serve your vegan grilled cheese with bacon immediately while hot. These sandwiches go great with tomato soup!
