Ingredients:
- 1 tsp Ener-G egg replacer
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tbsp orange juice concentrate
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 1 1/2 cups brown rice flour
- 2 tbsp oil
Preparation:
Whip the egg replacer, buttermilk, baking soda, orange juice and baking powder together. Mix in oil and brown rice flour. Stir until well blended; batter should be smooth.Fry pancakes in oil. If batter is too wet add a little more brown rice flour.
