Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 2 eggs
- 4-5 slices gluten-free bread
Preparation:
Mix sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg together. Whip eggs at medium speed for 30 seconds. Add sugar mixture. Mix on high for 30 seconds.Dip bread slices in batter until well coated. Fry on medium temperature for 1-1/2 minutes or until golden brown on each side.
