Ingredients:
- 3 large onions
- 1 cup rice flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup water
- oil for frying
Preparation:
Peel onions and cut into 1/8-inch thick rings. Separate rings.Sift rice flour, baking powder and garlic together in bowl. Mix in egg and water until smooth.
Gently dip onion rings into batter and shake off excess batter. Place in hot oil and cook until brown. Serve warm.
