Ingredients:
- 3 large green bell peppers
- 1/2 cup rice flour
- 1/2 cup Ener-G Potato Mix
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- oil for frying
Preparation:
Slice peppers crossways forming rings. Remove any seeds.Mix remaining ingredients to form a soft dough. Coat bell pepper rings with this dough.
Fry the rings in hot oil (325 degrees) until light brown. Serve warm.
