- 2 cups pre-cooked lentils, drained and mashed
- 1 egg
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1/2 tsp sage
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup nuts, any kind, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 cup gluten-free bread crumbs
Combine all ingredients, place in oiled baking dish and bake 1 hour in a 350 degree pre-heated oven. Serve hot with your favorite vegetarian gravy.
