Ingredients:
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2-3 cloves garlic, diced
- 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 6 ounce can tomato paste
- 1 8 ounce can tomato sauce
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp oregano
- 2-3 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 tsp basil
- dash cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup water
Preparation:
Sautee celery, onion, garlic cloves and green pepper in olive oil until soft. Add remaining ingredients. Stir.Cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir again and simmer another 2 minutes. Serve with a gluten-free pasta.
