- 2 cups cooked lentils
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup gluten-free bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp minced onion
- 1/2 tsp salt
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients together and put into casserole and top with slivered almonds.
Bake 1/2 hour in a 350 degree F. oven.
