Quick and Easy Cream Scalloped Lentils

A gluten-free, wheat-free lentil recipe that is quick and easy to prepare. Using canned mushroom soup to make these vegetarian gluten-free lentils means you can get these lentils into the oven in no time at all! Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked lentils
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup gluten-free bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp minced onion
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Preparation:

Mix all ingredients together and put into casserole and top with slivered almonds.

Bake 1/2 hour in a 350 degree F. oven.
