Ingredients:
- 1 cup butter or margarine
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 egg
- 2 cups rice flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1 cup apple, finely chopped
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1/4 cup milk
Preparation:
Cream butter and sugar together until fluffy. Add egg and continue beating until light and fluffy.Sift together rice flour, soda, salt, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg. Stir in half the dry mixture and blend. Add apple, raisins, nuts and milk. Stir in remaining dry mixture and mix well.
Drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees F. for 10 to 15 minutes.
