Ingredients:
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup rice flour
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1tsp baking soda
- 1 cup coconut
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped, or other nut
Preparation:
Sift sugar with rice flour. Cut in butter until crumbly. Stir in egg, nutmeg and sour cream mixed with soda. Mix well.Fold in coconut and pecans. Pour into a well-buttered 9-inch pan.[]p Bake at 350 degrees F. for 45 minutes or until done. Cut into bars. Serve hot or cold.
