Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 tbsp corn starch
- 1 20 ounce can crushed pineapple in juice
- 3 fresh peaches, sliced, or 1 20 ounce can sliced peaches, drained
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 pint fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 pre-made pie crust
Preparation:
Arrange the peaches, blueberries and strawberries in the crust. Pour the thickened pineapple mixture over the fruit.
Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
Garnish with whipped cream if desired.
