Rich and Creamy Vegan Chocolate Fudge Recipe

Another quick and easy vegan fudge recipe. Yes, it is quite easy to make a delicious dairy-free vegan fudge with just a few simple ingredients. Just make sure to use a vegan chocolate chip brand to make sure your fudge is 100% vegan. Scroll down for more vegan chocolate fudge recipes to try.

Ingredients:

  • 6 oz soy creamer or liquid non-dairy creamer
  • 1 bag chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Preparation:

Over medium low heat, bring the creamer to a simmer and add the vegan chocolate chips, stirring until melted. Be careful not to burn the chocolate, and reduce the heat if needed.

Stir in the cocoa and nuts.

Spread in a shallow baking dish and refrigerate until firm. Enjoy!

Great holiday Fudge idea, Guest Aly

After reading the other reviews I decided to use 5 oz of silk creamer and 2 cups of chocolate chips. After the cream started to simmer I took it off the burner and added the chocolate chips and stir like crazy. once it all melted together I added the coco. Put it in the fridge and it firmed up perfectly! I scooped the fudge into little 1 inch balls and then covered the balls with crushed pecans and some with finely shredded coconut. I stuck them back into the fridge. they were delicious and very beautiful looking. perfect for the holidays. Thanks for the recipe.
