Ingredients:
- 6 oz soy creamer or liquid non-dairy creamer
- 1 bag chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation:
Stir in the cocoa and nuts.

After reading the other reviews I decided to use 5 oz of silk creamer and 2 cups of chocolate chips. After the cream started to simmer I took it off the burner and added the chocolate chips and stir like crazy. once it all melted together I added the coco. Put it in the fridge and it firmed up perfectly! I scooped the fudge into little 1 inch balls and then covered the balls with crushed pecans and some with finely shredded coconut. I stuck them back into the fridge. they were delicious and very beautiful looking. perfect for the holidays. Thanks for the recipe.
