Nutter Butter Pie Crust Recipe

This 5 minute pie crust recipe has a peanut butter flavor and is perfect for making tofu cheesecake!

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 0 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 package Nutter Butter cookies
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil or margarine, melted

Preparation:

Crush Nutter Butter cookies to a crumble consistency using food processor or rolling pin. Add margarine or oil and combine well. Press into pie tin. If mixture does not press easily, add more margarine or oil and crush to a finer consistency. No baking needed, your crust is ready to go!
