Ingredients:
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp lemon zest
- 2/3 cup margarine, cold
- 1/4 cup ice water
- 1 tbsp lemon juice, cold
Preparation:
Mix together the flour, salt and lemon peel. Cut in the margarine until mixture has a crumbly texture.In a separate bowl, combine the ice water and lemon juice. Slowly add to the dry ingredients, mixing gently, just until a dough is formed.
Roll out on a lightly floured surface to about 1/4 inch thick, and line pie pan with dough.
