Vegan Key Lime Pie Recipe
An easy vegan key lime pie recipe made from just five ingredients. Why is this key lime pie so good? Because it contains a full two containers of vegan cream cheese. Hey, it's a dessert! It's not supposed to be healthy! But it sure is tasty! If you wanted healthy desserts, you can click here.

Ingredients:

  • 2 8 ounce containers Tofutti Better than Cream Cheese (non-dairy cream cheese)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 pre-made pie crust

Preparation:

Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees.

In a blender or food processor, combine all the ingredients (except the pie crust!) and process until smooth and creamy. Pour into pie crust.

Bake for 40 to 45 minutes. Allow to cool. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving to allow pie to set.

excellent recipe, Guest hjlyon12

I made this because I'm lactose intolerant & cant eat traditional key lime pie...this was fantastic!! I did up the key lime juice to 1/3 cup. I also did a premade 9 inch Graham cracker crust & 3 drops of green food coloring to give it a little bit more color. Between 40-45 minutes is plenty (begins to crack around 45 minutes of baking) this recipe is DEFINATELY a keeper!!!
