Ingredients:
- 6 oz soy or non-dairy creamer
- 1 bag chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
Preparation:
Simmer the creamer and the chocolate chips. After the chocolate chips have melted, add the cocoa and walnuts and mix well.Pour mixture into a shallow baking dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Once the fudge is cool and firm, cut into squares.
