Ingredients:
- Egg replacer for 6 eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup margarine
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup grated bittersweet chocolate
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup red wine
Preparation:
Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees.Cream the egg replacer, sugar, margarine and vanilla, then add the remaining ingredients. Pour the batter into a 9-inch pan and bake 40 to 45 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
