Use vegan chocolate cookies to make a quick and easy vegan chocolate pie crust. Oreo's or Trader Joe's brand vegan sandwich cookies work well in this easy recipe. No pre-baking is needed. This is a delicious vegan chocolate pie crust recipe, but don't say I ever claimed it was healthy! At least it's cholesterol-free, though!

Ingredients:
- 25 vegan chocolate sandwich cookies (Oreo, Trader Joe's, or a generic brand will work fine)
- 1/3 cup margarine, melted
Preparation:
Process the cookies in a food processor until they turn into crumbs. I find that a really fine crumb works best, so make sure they're quite small crumbs.
Add the melted margarine to the cookies and stir until well combined.
Using your hands or the back of a large spoon, press the mixture into a pie pan.
Chill before using.
