- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp lemon zest
- 5 cups fresh blueberries
- 1 pre-made pie crust, with extra dough to cover top
Gently mix together all ingredients. Pour into pie crust. Cover with the extra dough and gently press the edges to seal.
Prick the top several times with a fork to allow steam to escape.
Bake for 40 minutes.
