Ingredients:
- 2 cups brown rice flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 4 tbsp Splenda
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 cup milk
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat egg. Add milk and oil. Mix together well. Add remaining ingredients and mix about 1 mix for one minute.Fill lightly oiled muffin tins 3/4 full.
Place in oven for 25 to 28 minutes.
