Ingredients:
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 cup couscous
- 1 banana, sliced
- cinnamon and nutmeg, to taste
- maple syrup, to taste
Preparation:
Heat water and orange juice until almost boiling in a small saucepan. Add couscous, cover, and turn off heat.Allow to sit for 5-10 minutes, until couscous is soft.
Add in sliced banana, and sprinkle with a bit of cinnamon and nutmeg, and drizzle with just a touch of maple syrup.
