Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups soy milk
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 4-6 slices of bread
Preparation:
Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium high heat.
Dip each slice of bread into the mixture and then place in the frying pan. Cook until golden brown and slightly crispy, approximately 5-7 minutes. Enjoy!
