Ingredients:
- 1 cup chopped frozen banana (about 1 1/2 bananas)
- 1 cup frozen strawberries or blueberries
- 1/2 cup apple juice
- honey or maple syrup (optional)
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Add a dash of honey or maple syrup if you prefer a sweeter smoothie. Add more or less juice to get the consistency that you prefer.
