Quick and Easy Peanut Butter Breakfast Wrap

If you're eating breakfast on the go, take three minutes to wrap up this healthy vegetarian and vegan breakfast wrap. It's got fiber, fruit and protein, as well as a handful of raisins for a bit of sweetness, so even the kids will love it. This quick and easy breakfast wrap recipe is both vegetarian and vegan.

Ingredients:

  • 1-2 tbsp peanut butter
  • flour tortilla
  • 1/2 banana, sliced
  • a few thin slices of apple
  • 1 tsp raisins

Preparation:

Spread the peanut butter on the flour tortilla, and layer the remaining ingredients on top. Roll tightly and slice in half if desired, or eat as is.
