Ingredients:
- 2 cups applesauce
- 1 cup apple juice
- 1 cup orange juice
- 2 tbsp honey (omit if vegan)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
Preparation:
For a healthier fat-free smoothie, I recommend using a natural applesauce that doesn't contain any added sugar. Read the label to make sure.Place all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth. Serve immediately, or keep chilled until serving time. Garnish with additional cinnamon, if desired.
Makes 2 apple smoothies.
