- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 12 oz stout beer (take a small sip first, otherwise, there's just a bit too much!)
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 2/3 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- dash nutmeg (optional)
