Vegan Irish Coffee Recipe

No Irish meal would be complete without a bit of spirits, right? With just a few simple ingredients, this recipe for a vegan Irish coffee is the perfect end to your meal, or the perfect start for a lively evening! Try a vegan Irish coffee to go along with your non-dairy vegetarian St. Patrick's Day celebration, or anytime you need a warming pick-me-up!

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup hot strong brewed coffee
  • 2 tbsp Irish whiskey
  • 2 tsp raw sugar
  • vegan whipped cream or whipped topping (optional)

Preparation:

Stir together the coffee, whiskey and sugar, making sure the sugar dissolves.

Garnish with a generous spoonful of non-dairy whipped cream, if desired.
