Ingredients:
- 2/3 cup hot strong brewed coffee
- 2 tbsp Irish whiskey
- 2 tsp raw sugar
- vegan whipped cream or whipped topping (optional)
Preparation:
Stir together the coffee, whiskey and sugar, making sure the sugar dissolves.
Garnish with a generous spoonful of non-dairy whipped cream, if desired.
