can be quick enough for a weekday morning, if you don't
do too much chopping and you leave the dishes for later. If you're eating on the run, you won't want to add too much hot sauce, otherwise, you'll find it dripping down your elbow as you honk your way through traffic (or even worse, down your chin!) or speed-walk to the subway.
