Did you resolve to exercise more, go vegetarian or eat more raw foods? If you're struggling with meeting your goals (or have completely forgotten about them already!) it might be time to reevaluate. Are your goals SMART? That is, are they achievable and specific? "I will go vegetarian" is a bit vague, for example. A better choice might be, "I will reduce my meat consumption by only eating meat twice a week for two months, once a week for one month and I will be completely vegetarian by May."
