I find that people worry way too much about nutrition when trying to go vegetarian or vegan, but no matter how many times I tell people that's it's super easy to get plenty of vegetarian protein, folks still worry. Better to worry about your B12 intake. Here's a few things you need to know about meat-free nutrition:
