If you haven't already, hit the bookstore or the library for plenty of inspiration. I've also written a book specifically designed to help people go vegan and, more importantly, stay vegan: The Daily Vegan Planner. It's filled with meal plans, nutritional counts, journaling space and daily inspiration gathered from over two decades of meat-free living and years of experience counseling new vegetarians.
