But just how do you plan on achieving your goals? Making meaningful lifestyle changes isn't always easy. Think positively and make affirmative statements, rather than negative (ie. "I WILL eat healthier", rather than "Don't eat junk food").
Be as specific with goals as possible ("Eat more whole grains and vegetables" rather than "Eat healthy").
Use visual imagery to help your subconscious and your mind visualize and focus on your goals. Change your computer's desktop background to photos that reflect your goals.
