Coconut milk, soy milk, almond milk, rice milk - there's so many dairy substitutes out there these days its hard to keep up (and just as hard to find a reason to drink dairy milk at all - ew!). What about hemp milk? Have you tried it? What do you think? I've long used hemp protein as a protein and omega-3 boost to a homemade smoothie, but I'm wondering what you all thing about it. Have you tried hemp milk? If you haven't here's a hemp milk recipe to try, made from hemp seeds, water, and a little sweetener.
