With less than 300 calories per serving and about 2 grams of fat, this homemade vegan chocolate sorbet is a great treat for while it's still warm outside. Even if you don't have an ice cream maker, you can just freeze the sorbet, then mix every half an hour or so until it firms up. This technique will keep your sorbet nice and creamy, but if does get too firm, just run it through the blender to soften it up.
