Breaded Tofu "Fish" Sticks

Seaweed and lemon add a fishy flavor to this breaded and baked tofu recipe. You have the option of baking or frying these little tofu fish sticks, but they'll obviously be much lower in fat if you bake them. To add extra flavor, serve with a vegan tartar sauce, ketchup, or even ranch dressing. or barbecue sauce instead of frying. Save time by using store-bought bread crumbs.
