The internet abounds with free promotional items, giveaways and more! Here's a list of websites where you can sign up to receive free vegetarian and vegan recipe booklets, stickers, comic books, DVDs and more in the mail. If you don't need more free vegetarian recipes, maybe you know someone who does? I love the internet!
