Broccoli and Swiss Cheese Quiche

Long associated with bed and breakfasts and hotel brunch buffets, there's no reason you can't make your own vegetarian quiche at home. This vegetarian quiche calls for Swiss cheese, broccoli and tomatoes, but asparagus and spinach also go well in baked egg dishes. Bake a vegetarian quiche in advance and reheat for a lazy weekend breakfast or a light lunch, served with salad.
