Low Calorie Vegetarian Meals

Tuesday January 6, 2009
Here we are in the new year already! My gym has been swarming with lots of ambitious new faces and just about everyone I know is quitting smoking, giving up chocolate or working out twice a day. At least until February. How are your own resolutions going? If losing weight or just eating a bit healthier is on your to-do list this year, try some of these reduced calorie and low-calorie vegetarian meals. Most of these are very low in fat and many of them are vegan as well. My friend Kimberly has also written some great tips for cutting calories in your kitchen. So toss out your butter, stock up on non-stick cookware, and try some of these low-cal recipes. At least until February!

I am sorry to hear wht happened to Mr Runkle. I wish him a fast recovery so that he can continue the efforts to inform the public as he has done in the past.

To those that attact him; SHAME ON YOU.

Thanks for your kind words Ana. I couldn’t have said it better myself. I think whoever attacked him will never know - to this person, Nathan was just a symbol - a nameless, meaningless symbol, rather than the incredible human being I personally know him to be.
