Dressed to Impress: Gourmet Vegetarian Party Foods

If your holiday party plans involve more appletinis and creme brulee than cheese dip and beer, you might scoff at the appetizer selections in my last post. Even if you don't consider yourself to be an expert chef, you can try whipping up some of these gourmet vegetarian and vegan appetizers, which are really more about fresh unique ingredients and flavors than complex cooking technique. So go ahead, skip the bean dip and stuff some spring rolls instead.
