Spanish Mantecados These are a traditional Spanish holiday cookie, flavored with the unique taste of anise. They are so soft, they will literally melt in your mouth.

Applesauce Spice Cookies Flavored with lots of holiday spices, this applesauce cookie recipe can easily be doubled or tripled to make more. Although you can't prepare the dough ahead of time and freeze it, the baked cookies will keep well in the freezer.

Raspberry Raisin Rugelach Our Guide to Kosher Food says "If you have never made rugelach before, I suggest you roll up your sleeves and give it a try. It is much easier to make than it looks, and the results are well worth the effort." Enjoy!
