Quick Halloween Tips for Vegans

Halloween marks the beginning of the holiday season, also known as the eating season! It starts innocently enough with some Halloween candy, and moves on to pumpkin pies, Thanksgiving feasts and holiday parties, and before you know it you're just surrounded by Christmas stockings full of sugar, sugar and more sugar! This is the most difficult time of year if you're on a restricted diet. But with a little planning and foresight (coupled with some self-discipline, of course!), you can make sure that you stick to your health goals. If you're still making Halloween plans, here's some help for those trying to stick to a vegan, sugar-free, or just plain healthy diet for Halloween.
