Pumpkin and Oatmeal Muffins

These homemade oatmeal pumpkin muffins with sunflower seeds would make a great breakfast or after-school snack for Halloween or any fall morning. Adding sunflower seeds means there's some protein in these muffins too, about 5 grams per muffin, making them perfect for vegetarians.
