Vegan apple banana muffins go global!

The lovely food blogger behind the Veganlovlie blog recently cooked up a batch of my fat-free vegan apple banana muffins all the way in Beau Bassin, Mauritius (I admit I had to resort to Google to find out where that is)! Miss Lovlie says of these fat-free muffins, "They were nicer than what I expected they would be! They were spongy and moist." How great is it to know that veganism is alive and well all the way in Mauritius?
